It's that time of year! Come and party with a pro and learn the real deal of pointed pen calligraphy with Maghon Taylor.



This class is 2 hours long and covers all of the basics of pointed pen and ink calligraphy and the lowercase alphabet. Extra time is built in for practice.


This experience is geared towards adults. No prior experience is required, but a working knowledge of cursive goes a long way! Though calligraphy is completely different than hand lettering, this class is great for alumni of Maghon's past classes or someone who has attempted lettering before.


A calligraphy kit with nibs, ink, practice paper and supplies will be included with your ticket purchase.

Tickets are $88 and must be purchased online prior to attending.


 

Our shop will open 30 minutes prior to this event if you'd like to come early and shop our studio!  Maghon also LOVES to stick around after to sign and personalize anything you buy and she never turns down a picture opportunity!

About your Teacher:

Maghon Taylor of All She Wrote Notes is an author and an artist on a mission to spread happiness through her handwriting.  She's traveled the southeast for 10 years before planting her roots in at her own studio in Gibsonville. She's taught more than 60,000 students her unique version of Happy Hand Lettering, and even more through her online classes and youtube videos. Maghon is the author of four books including the bestselling Happy Hand Lettering (which this class is about!), 100 Days of Praise and Positivity, and the Betty Confetti Children's Book Series. Her work has been featured nationally with QVC, Walmart, The Hallmark Channel and Good Morning America and her artwork can be found on gift shop shelves nationwide.  She's been delighted to lend her happy hand lettering to well loved brands like Starbucks, Michaels, DaySpring, Hobby Lobby and Walgreens. Her favorite place in the world is this studio she built alongside her Dad in Gibsonville.  She's a joyful wife to her middle school crush Chris Taylor, and a happy mama to their sweet son, Vance. 
Orders placed normally ship in 10-12 business days or less. I greatly appreciate your support, your grace and your patience with my smallest of small business.  I am currently shipping every weekday (Monday-Friday) via USPS and UPS. Tracking information will automatically be emailed to you at this address once your items are on their merry way.

Beach Towels, Custom Shirts and Address Stamps are Made to Order and are shipped directly from our printer.  They may arrive separately from other items.  

Items are shipped USPS mail or UPS and tracking information is always automatically emailed to the address provided at checkout. 

Our studio mail pickup is often after 4:00 p.m., so tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
