Hand Lettering Class at Oak Ridge UMC 3-27

Class: 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. 
Oak Ridge UMC in Oak Ridge
workshop includes

- 1.5 hours of hands on instruction from calligrapher and handletterer maghon taylor
- basics of hand lettering, demonstrations and practice drills
- this class is great for creatives of many ages and skill levels.  Working knowledge of cursive is helpful. 
- supplies, surprises and 
a guaranteed party

all supplies will be provided and maghon will provide feedback and encouragement throughout the class.

no experience necessary. we are all in this adventure together!

cost is $38 per attendee and must be paid for online prior to the workshop.

10% of ticket sales from a sold out class will be donated back to Oak Ridge UMC.

Maghon Taylor has been the owner of All She Wrote Notes since 2012, but she's been lettering for as long as she can remember.  Her work has been featured in store fronts up and down Franklin Street in Chapel Hill, local shops in Greensboro and most recently at all four Moon and Lola retailers.  She has also partnered to letter items with with stores like West Elm, Neiman Marcus and Furbish Studio. Maghon has lent her lettering to countless weddings and special events, but most enjoys lettering around her home she shares with her husband and middle school sweetheart, Chris.
