Refund policy

We carefully package each item to ensure that they arrive to you in sparkling condition. Should your item arrive damaged in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item so that we can find a solution. Please provide photos of the damaged items and the box.

Please order in enough time to account for shipping if you have an event. All She Wrote Notes will make every effort to ship on the date promised but cannot be held responsible for delays on behalf of the USPS or UPS. Though a delay is rare, even priority mail shipping can sometimes take 3-5 days.

For Handwritten Items: Please be aware that each item is individually handwritten, so no two are exactly alike. We think that adds to the charm! 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom items unless Maghon made a mistake when personalizing. 

Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase if you're local to our Gibsonville studio.  We do not offer complimentary online returns, but we are happy to help you purchase a shipping label if that's more convenient for you than shipping it back to us on your own.  

We do not offer refunds on personalized items (like books), classes or events, so please pay extra close attention to the details for those items.
