Happy Healthy April

I am SO excited to get Happy and Healthy with y'all in April!  This will be a 30 day challenge hosted in our private Facebook group and beginning on Monday, April 2. 

I have completed this challenge twice now and I know first hand that it works.  It's simple and easy to follow but I really think us encouraging each other and lifting each other up throughout this season will really be the icing on the cake (can you tell I miss cupcakes already?)
